Physical Therapy — Move Better With the Right Guide
We’re built to move. But when the brain, muscles, joints, and balance systems stop working together the way they should, everyday things suddenly take more effort. Getting up from a chair, turning in the kitchen, walking across a parking lot, reaching overhead, exercising, or even just feeling steady can become frustrating.
Physical therapy helps make sense of that.
It isn’t just exercise, and it isn’t a generic program. It’s a process of understanding why movement changed, what your body still does well, and how to safely build from there. Some people are working toward recovery after injury or surgery. Some need new strategies to move safely after a neurologic diagnosis. Others want to stay active, reduce pain, or prevent decline. All of those are valid reasons to start therapy.
Using movement science and the nervous system’s ability to adapt, I guide you through targeted, functional practice so improvements carry into daily life — not just the appointment. Depending on what you need, that may mean retraining balance, improving walking, restoring strength after surgery, reducing joint stress, or learning how to move without aggravating pain.
My role isn’t to put you through a routine.
My role is to help you understand your body and give you a clear path forward.
